These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of King Exchange (kingexchange.app), India's royal online gaming ID platform. By accessing, registering for or using King Exchange in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

You can add funds to your ID using the approved payment methods shown to you at the time. To keep the platform safe and fair, the following apply:
- All deposits and withdrawals must use accounts and payment details that belong to you.
- We may run verification checks before processing a withdrawal, and we may ask for documents to confirm your identity, age and source of funds.
- Processing times vary by method and by the verification status of your account. We aim to handle requests quickly, but some may take longer to review.
- Please enter your payment details carefully. We are not responsible for funds sent to the wrong account because of incorrect information you provided.
We may hold, review or decline a transaction where we suspect an error, fraud or a breach of these terms, or where we are required to do so by law.
5. Fair Use & Prohibited Conduct
King Exchange is built on fair play. When using the platform, you agree that you will not:
- Use fraud, cheating, chargebacks or any dishonest method to gain funds or an unfair advantage.
- Use bots, scripts, automation or collusion with other players to influence outcomes.
- Create or use multiple accounts, or allow another person to use your ID.
- Take part in money laundering or any other illegal activity through the platform.
- Attempt to hack, disrupt, reverse-engineer or overload the site or its systems.
- Post abusive, unlawful or misleading content, or harass other players or our staff.
Breaking these rules may lead to voided winnings, a suspended or closed account and, where appropriate, a report to the relevant authorities.
6. Bonuses & Promotions
From time to time we may offer bonuses, rewards or promotions. Each offer comes with its own specific terms — such as eligibility, playthrough conditions, time limits and maximum values — and those terms apply alongside this agreement.
Bonuses are a goodwill extra, not a guarantee. We may change, pause or withdraw a promotion at any time. Any attempt to abuse an offer, for example through multiple accounts or bonus-only play, may result in the reward being removed and any related winnings voided.
7. Intellectual Property
The King Exchange name, logo, site design, text, graphics and other content are owned by King Exchange or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may view and use the site for your own personal, lawful play.
You may not copy, reproduce, republish, sell or otherwise exploit any part of the platform without our written permission. Game software and content supplied by third parties remain the property of those providers.
8. Third-Party Services & Games
Many games and features on King Exchange are supplied by independent third-party providers, and payments may be handled by third-party processors. While we choose our partners with care, we do not control how their software or services operate.

10. Limitation of Liability

You may ask to close your account at any time by contacting support. Closing your account does not affect any rights or obligations that arose before closure, including the completion of pending checks or transactions.
